About our woven hamper basket

Large and bowl-shaped, with leather handles made from offcuts, Hamper baskets are handmade in Northern Ghana.
The weaving communities in Bolgatana have been perfecting their craft for generations. Elephant grass from the White Volta flood plains is harvested, dried, and woven by hand.
