Narrow Brim Hats

Using natural tan elephant grass as a base, each hat is woven with carefully chosen colours and patterns that highlight the individuality of the maker. Crafted in the Bolgatanga region of Northern Ghana, these African hats are made from sustainably sourced elephant grass grown in the surrounding flood plains. The grass is soft and malleable, locally harvested and coloured using non toxic dyes, resulting in hats that are both durable and gentle to wear. Our narrow brim styles are finished without a strap, allowing the shape and weave to speak for itself.

The same weaving traditions and materials are also present across our wide brim hats, offering broader sun coverage, as well as our high top hats, known for their distinctive structure and bold form. For more than two decades, we have worked closely with local weaving communities, supporting families and preserving an artistic tradition passed down through generations.
