How Our Wholesale Partnership Works

Apply for a wholesale account and our team will review your details, usually within the same business day.
Once approved, you’ll receive your wholesale login, giving you direct access to our online store with wholesale pricing applied.
For bulk orders across selected lines including baskets, fans, hats, and shakers, additional discounts apply on top of wholesale pricing.

We pack orders efficiently and compare rates across multiple carriers to keep shipping costs down. For retailers outside Australia, direct importation from West Africa may also be possible via our overseas importers program.

Bashiri wholesale orders start from a minimum first order of $220.

Our baskets are handwoven in Bolgatanga, Northern Ghana, by weaving communities Bashiri has worked with directly for over two decades. The elephant grass used in each basket is harvested locally from the flood plains of the White Volta river.

Our masks, statues, artifacts, stools, and shields come from carving traditions across West Africa, including Ghana, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Ivory Coast, and Mali. Each piece is crafted by hand by artisans and rooted in their cultural traditions.

We source directly from the communities that make our products, which is how we maintain both the authenticity and the quality of everything in our collection.

Wholesale applications are usually reviewed within the same business day. Once approved, we’ll send through your wholesale login details, giving you direct access to our online store with your wholesale pricing applied. From there, ordering is straightforward.

Yes, we ship wholesale orders across Australia. To keep shipping costs down, we pack orders efficiently and compare rates across multiple carriers to find the most economical option for your destination.
For international retailers, we may be able to arrange direct importation from West Africa. Find out more on our overseas importers page.

We keep our wholesale network intentionally small so each stockist has a defined local area to work with.
Exclusivity is based on factors including distance, trading model and sales channel, not on address alone.
Approval is tied to a specific business address or trading location, and it doesn’t transfer automatically if you move, expand into a new area, change your trading model, or add a new sales channel.
