WHOLESALE TermS

We support our wholesalers by maintaining exclusivity within their local area, based on factors including distance, trading model and sales channel. To ensure this remains fair for all partners, the following terms apply.

Account activity Wholesale status requires regular ordering. Accounts may be cancelled if no order is placed within 2 weeks of opening, or within 6 months of the last order. Where a wholesaler’s ordering pattern is genuinely seasonal (for example, one order per year ahead of Christmas), we may check in ahead of the expected order window; if we don’t receive confirmation within 3 business days, standard account activity terms apply and the account may be cancelled.

Trading locations Wholesale approval is granted for the retail or market locations listed on your application. Any change of business address or trading location must be approved in writing before trading begins from the new location. Wholesalers must also keep their contact details up to date and notify us of any changes, so we can reach you regarding your account.

Payment terms We encourage wholesalers to order online where possible. Where invoices are issued, payment must be made within the agreed terms. New orders will not be accepted while invoices remain outstanding.

Late payments attract the following fees, applied cumulatively to the outstanding balance:

  • 30 days overdue — 3% late fee
  • 60 days overdue — a further 3% applied to the new outstanding total
  • 90 days overdue — a further 3% applied to the new outstanding total

Accounts with invoices outstanding beyond 90 days may be removed from the wholesale program. Reinstatement will require a new application.
