how To find your woven hat size
Measure around your head
Using a soft tape measure (or a piece of string), measure around your head in the position you’d like the hat to sit.
Get an accurate fit
Adjust the tape to a comfortable fit and note the measurement in centimetres.
Find your size
Choose your Bolga hat size based on the chart.
Consider if you prefer a snug, secure fit or a slightly looser, relaxed feel.
Optional: Note your head circumference in the Notes section when you check out.

Is this straw hat sustainable?
Our entire range of Bolga woven hats are individually hand woven by our creative weavers in Ghana. The raw elephant grass is a sustainable, natural material.
The grass is harvested, dried and boiled to dye. The weavers split each length into two then roll it to give it more strength. Each weaver has their own special techniques.
