What is a Bolga basket?
The shoulder bag is our premium Bolga shopper basket, crafted from the best elephant grass by the finest weavers. The elephant grass grows in the rich flood plains of the White Volta near the village of Bolgatanga, Northern Ghana.
How do you care for Bolga baskets?
Fully malleable and easy to reshape, simply immerse in water for a few minutes and adjust while wet. We include a care and shaping guide to keep your round woven basket looking its best.
